Bucks are the foundation of any herd because they contribute 50% of the genetics to your entire herd. If you want to know the value of a herd thats all you need to do is look at their bucks..... All of our bucks come from top of the line genetics, having Dam & Grand-Dam's that have excellent udders! Our herdsires have been carefully chosen to enhance our breeding management for dairy character and longevity in the milk pail.
Our Bucks have been chosen for their strength in dairy character, mild temperaments and proven bloodlines needed for our breeding program in the show ring and milking pail. They receive the same high standard of care that all our livestock receive.
Each of our bucks posses excellent conformation that is similar or complimentary to our does. These traits have brought out the best in our kids. Like our does, they have been selected for specific qualities within their lines having: correctness in dairy character standards - udder capacity, width and depth throughout, levelness, length of body, placement of legs and feet, size and color and proven pedigrees.
Here are our handsome boys..... all come from show and/or milking lines.
This is Miracles Happen Morgan Freeman
Morgan has the Vikings line. His father was awesome... Viking's FN Rascal Flatts.
Miracles Happen Morgan Freeman. ADGA number is D1582544 and he was born November 17th, 2011. Morgan was one of my disbudding experiments. He doesn't look great but he is a sweet boy. I picked him to bring with me because he has some really great breeding bringing me the Viking's line. I have a few of his kids and will see what they produce. Here is his pedigree.
