I picked her to bring with us because of her temperament and I got her from my good friend, Kathy Thomas, and I want to always remember her. Whenever I look at her or scratch her back I think of Kathy..

She has had two freshenings and is a wonderful milker. I picked her to bring with us because of her breeding, because she is so pretty and because she was named after my daughter, Mara Lise. So when I look at her I think about my daughter.

She was a first tricolored blue eyed doe back from a doe I sold to a friend. I wanted to remember her but things have gone bad between us so I will be selling her soon so I dont' have to look at her anymore. She is the sweetest and friendliest girl. And a good milker with an amazing amount of milk for such a little thing. I will miss her.

Moon is a very special girl and that's why I picked her to come with me to Oregon. She is the sweetest thing and looks sort of like a cow. I have only had her about a year and a half and she has had two freshenings with me. I didn't milk Moon with her first freshening. I just had too many to milk at the time. She had a problem with her second freshening that the little girl didn't want to nurse so I had to milk her and give the colostrum to the baby. Moon was so good and just stood there while I milked her and I thought... she is going to be so easy to milk. NOT!! Boy she was awful to milk but now she is doing great.

I brought Moon Pie because of her breeding and also wanted to keep some of Country Caprines Logan's Run breeding since he was not coming with me to Oregon. She was a wild child but is very sweet like her mom now. She has been bred for the fall delivery to Morgan. I am excited to see her babies in October.

Her sire was also Country Caprines Logan's Run and I loved his breeding as well. She is bred to Morgan for the fall also and I am excited to see her babies for her first freshening.

I call her Skylar to remind me of my niece. I love all my fur kids but Sky is my favorite. I guess because she really thinks she is a dog... LOL If you are petting her and scratching her shoulders and you stop, she will get up under your hand like a dog does. Such a sweet girl She had fantastic breeding and is different than any of the other does I have. She is bred to Mateo for the fall. Really looking forward to see her babies for her first freshening.
